The USAID Southern Africa Mobilizing Investment Project promotes inclusive economic growth and self-reliance in the region. We partner with capital providers, fund managers, and other ecosystem actors to mobilize private capital into underserved sectors with the potential to address Southern Africa’s development challenges. By addressing the spectrum of funding gaps in private markets in Southern Africa’s investment ecosystem, we will deliver the sustainable investment flows, market skills development, creation of new networks and innovations necessary for new market actors to maximize the ecosystem’s developmental impact.
